Probably one of the worst experiences I've had here. After agreeing to do my A13 service, I asked if a tire alignment was included and he said yes. At the end when he was telling me the suggestions, he told me he recommended me getting a tire alignment that costed $100... Not sure why he said yes and went back on his word. He also asked me if I needed a shuttle and I said yes and he told me to wait in the lobby for the shuttle. After waiting 30 mins, I go to check where the shuttle is. Eric was not there but another rep was there and said my name wasn't on the list and I waited for no reason. The estimated time for service was 2 hrs and took 3.5. I had to call in to check on my car and conviently happen to be ready right when I called in. I asked for a shuttle bag and he said the shuttle was done for the day and would call an Uber for me. After 10 mins, I don't get any notification on when I'd get picked up. I called back and he said he'd call it right now. Never experience something like this before.
