Car was ready for almost one hour. I was waiting. No one told me. A man who was sitting on the bench said the car was there as long as he was sitting there..since 10 a.m. It was 10:50. Also, I showed intake man the info notes on my dash..A1 and Remote battery. I asked eric if battery got chsnged. Nope. So I had already paid and had to go back in to parts, get battery, pay again. Not much communication today!

Honda shuttle service dropped and pickup. But the driver dropped of another person passed my home and kept me in the car over 30 minutes. He said I am going to gym/home but other guy going to work. I don't agree that. I wasted time. He can't assume I don't have anything better to do
