This was one of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had with Honda and it began just after checking in. 3 things that led me to this feedback was 1 just after check in I was told to wait at my vehicle for a technician. There were zero cars out there and had already been taken to be serviced. It took about 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. This may seem like nothing to you but as a customer service trainer we train that even having a guest wait 30 seconds is a long time. When it’s busy I completely understand but this was not the case. The second thing was that after I checked in at about 10:50, I asked Erick about the shuttle. He advised to have a seat and listen for our name. Well 40 minutes later the shuttle driver came and called other names but not ours. So either Erick forgot to put us on the list or your shuttle service needs serious evaluation. I’m thinking it was Ericks negligence however because just as names were being called he walked past, saw my husband and said “you need the shuttle right?!” Well not after 40 minutes Erick. Valuable time was lost at that point. And to see the shuttle driver from that point call out names every 10 minutes or so thereafter let me know that we were not a priority to even be placed on the list. The 3rd thing was that I saw other customers being updated regularly regarding the status of their vehicle and I was not once in the nearly 2 hours updated. When I finally went to check in and see how much longer it would be, my vehicle conveniently at that moment was ready. It may very well had been but who really knows at this point. I don’t think I’ll return to this location again. I will stick with the other Honda locations I visit because the service is impeccable there.
