Drove 400 miles to get my car serviced left it there and returned after I received the it’s ready message paid for it then sat there for 40 minutes while people looked for my car ... was told the reason they couldn’t find it was it was being washed .... they pulled it around and it was dirty had never been washed which is fine however the 40 minute additional wait sucked. As a side note I drove the car home today and 200 miles away from the dealer and home my tire pressure light came on again ... which it did the day I bought the car and every day since I bought it no matter how many times anyone checks the tire pressure it always triggers the info light on the dash. Jeff is a nice guy I have no beef with him I’m not impressed with the missing car situation in and of itself because 3 different guys fanned out looking for the car. The people servicing the car were able to adjust the Gasket inside the back door on the drivers side that didn’t close correctly and I definitely appreciated that.

Your staff was very friendly and attentive but there were two errors made in the installation of my optional equipment. The first was sending back equipment which resulted in having to leave my vehicle overnight instead of being ready by end of day, and the second problem was installing the wrong equipment, which resulted in having to bring it back for a day to have it corrected.

My airbag light was on, I had to pay 140 to find out the reason. It was fixed and the mechanic forgot to turn it off. I said my tail light was out, was told it was fixed but it wasn’t. Honestly I haven’t seen worse service
