When I arrived, the customer service told me, the time to fix my car would be 2 hours and I took the decision wait in the office but They need around 3 hours and half to patch one tire, also they told me my car is ready to go and I paid, when I wanted to pick up my car, it was no ready, I saw my car in the workshop and I waited around 40 more minutes for my car after they said is ready to go.
