Oscar Moguel provided me with the best service I have had at any dealership. He took the time to explain what work my car needed, showed me how to reset my tire pressure sensor and reassured me that my car was in great hands with the Honda technicians. After the work was done he went over the paper work with me and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. From beginning to end, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable enough to admit I didnt know how certain things worked. He is a great asset to your dealership!

I stopped to get a battery for my Honda Fit 2105 Fob and Hector Gonzales came out to my car with me after putting the battery chip in to make sure it worked. I had told him the last few days the push button start just took 4 or 5 times to start the car so I thought the Fob needed a battery. He pushed the start button and nothing happened. Right away he said it was the start button and there had been reported problems so again he tried and nothing. He immediately said Freeeway Honda would fix it right now and for my own safety to please let him fix the start and he got me a transport to work. He reviewed my Honda Care warranty and All was covered his biggest concern was that I would have been stranded alone with a car that he knew the problem by testing it himself and those 20 extra minutes he took I’m certain saved me a bad experience of that happening. Hectors customer servuve went over and above standards and I am really grateful for a guy like Hector who was genuinely worried about my safety. I mean I thought I just needed a fob battery.. and probably another Dealer would have not tested it so Freeway Honda remains my car care center... and my Honda Fit was ready in under 3 hours which is superb service. My problems started mid August 2019 (16-17th). My car was glitching, not starting, making not normal sounds. I brought it in on 8/17 and was told nothing can be done since my car wasn’t having a problems while it was there. Since that day I was back pretty much every 2 weeks. So this would be a total of 6 times and I’ve been coming back for the same reason the first 4xs I was told it’s fine we fixed it (the problem “they couldn’t see”) my fifth time I came back because my car alarm was going off on it’s own and wouldn’t turn off without me running outside to manually unplugging my battery. It would happen anytime day or night I was out there the latest was at 3am! The fifth time was helped by Oscar and got some feed back of the things that were checked. He made me feel like someone cared. Helped me with my keys maybe that was the problem. Unfortunately two weeks later I was back when I pulled up a man was taking all my info and asking me what the problem was I told him my car alarm is still going on, the car is powering on on it’s own, I can’t turn off the car, and my boyfriend was able to start the engine with BOTH keys in the house and the worker laughed at me and said “ I don’t believe you.” I was frustrated as I had ALL the videos from every single problem since mid August. Finally I was greeted by Adrian 10/19, he immediately had me step out of the car and reassured me that he believed everything I was saying and he could not believe all the times I had been there in so little time. He took initiative and got Oscar & Jamie Allen involved( and to note everytime I was there I would ask for Jamie Allen and the first 4 times no one either wanted to bother him or he wasn’t there) . They gave me a problem that it could be and FINALLY that’s all I wanted was to hear “ let’s try this and see if this works” instead of “ I don’t know what it could be but we’ll check” then send me back with my car in hopes that they didn’t make it worse. Later that day 10/19 I was called by someone other than Adrian & Oscar stating my was ready. As I was on my way Adrian called and said there was NO way he was going to let me drove the car while it was still acting up. And put me in a comfortable rental with no worries. I can’t explain the relief I had. I’m a student and employeed by a respectable hospital so having to worry EVERY day that my car wouldn’t start or the car alarm was about to go on at any second was something that no one cared about until I met Adrian and Oscar. Thank you guys for your help and for constantly respecting me and listening to me unlike other workers that didn’t seem to pay attention until I was present with a man by my side.
