I was not pleased that I was told they could not find my Honda care policy that I had paid for when I got my vehicle. Hector was able to confirm I had it and that my service was covered. When I arrived to the reception area with my newborn and two other kids they told me I owed 200 and something dollars. I had to wait several minutes for the receptionist to find someone to help her and then they had to call Hector to confirm it was covered since he had left for the day. I didn't appreciate this inconvenience. No note was noted my service was covered.
