I asked for an oil change along with the repairs that needed to be done, but upon leaving, my oil life was still at 20%. Over the phone, Mr. Gonzalez stated that he would be able to give me a 10% discount on the $1,140 charge, but that was not reflected on the statement. Other than that, the shuttle service was good and customer service was friendly.

Went for A1 service. But when I got my car back, it looks like the tire pressure were not checked as it was still below recommended settings. The tires were at 31-32 psi. Same as it was before the service. Kinda makes you doubt if all the listed services were actually done.
