Always takes forever for little things every time we pay for a service that’s the only way they help nicely but when they have to replace some parts without changing that’s when you guy take forever to replaced I don’t think I’m getting another car from Honda

September 11 2019. My car is leaking oil again. I called the dealer and asked to fix it. I left two messages for the manager today and haven’t gotten a call back from him. They told me to take it myself but I don’t want to waste any more of my time for something that shouldn’t happen in the first place. I give them a zero satisfaction.

Did request for synthetic oil change. Normal oil change was done but was charged for synthetic oil change
