I use Honda service very often and had a best experience today thanks to Oscar.
I made an appointment by for 9/2/2019 and got Confirmation from her. I went to you but you were not open and realized that it was Labor Day. I sent email to her again to tell her that you were not open and tried to another appointment but she never got back to me. I just could not believe that she just ignored and no apology.
Anyway, Oscar was the best guy that I ever experienced at Freeway Honda. He explained very clearly and kindly.
He even apologized for what she did to me. She hasn’t replied to me yet as of now.

Jeff made sure I was able to get my car repair taken car of with pick up and drop offs before and after the work. I dropped my car on Friday and was picked up the following Wed. It was seamless. A piece of vinyl was left in my car and several staff including Jeff determined what it was from and not needed.
