Good communication but poor overall service. It took 2 full days to fix the AC , the same problem was fixed last september. The final check up of the car was not performed. I was totally confused with 4 yellow warning signs including the scary one BREAK SERVICE. My GPS cable was smashed by reassembling dashboard cover. Some dirty wires were hanging under stirring wheel area touching my pants. And surprisingly there was no shuttle service to take my wife to pick up the care. So I have to leave my work at Pasadena and come to pick up the car!
