There wasn’t much customer service (not that I’m asking for much), but when I arrived, Jose approached with a clipboard and asked me to come with him (no eye contact, didn’t even introduce himself or ask what I was there for, I got his name off of the name tag inside). When we got to the kiosk he started laughing with a fellow service agent about an inside joke, while he printed the service invoice. Once printed he handed them to me and asked me to sign, (without going over the details of what service I was even getting). After I read through everything and signed he asked if I was waiting or if I needed a shuttle I said yes to the shuttle; and he nicely asked me to head to the waiting area and he would add my name to the list.
10 minutes later, the shuttle driver came to the waiting area calling people’s names. I approached the driver and asked if he had called my name, and he said I wasn’t on the list. So at the point I added my name to the list (I checked, Jose was already with another customer)so I waited another 20 minutes for the next shuttle. I don’t really expect much, the experience was cold and all business; but doesn’t make me ecstatic about future service.
On the other hand, the shuttle driver was awesome, knew his way around Orange County and was fun and conversational to all of the passenger. I didn’t catch his name but a really nice fellow.

Saib was great as always . He’s professional and pleasant to deal with . When I arrived there was a line and I was waiting in car for maybe 10 minutes which is understood . When the line moved forward I wasn’t looking and when I looked up the gentleman waiving for me to come forward was waiving his arms in the air at me with quite a rude gesture and body language . When my car was done I came out followed shortly by another customer waiting for their car . An employee walked up to the gentleman that arrived after me and asked for his paperwork and what color was his car .
He went and got his car immediately when he came back he didn’t say a word to me and walked away. After about another ten minutes another customer came out and sat down and almost immediately the same man came up to her and asked about her car . I spoke up and said I had been waiting he said oh someone else is begging your car . I could see my car and pointed to it saying it was there . So he went and got it and apologized. I don’t understand . Just a poor experience .
