Jeffrey Sabraw was an amazing service advisor and although my vehicle was going through a simple oil change and multi-point inspection, he really made it flawless. Mike, the technician seemed to be thorough in what it needed and I truly appreciate the efforts they both put in. Definitely taking my (parents) Honda back here for any services :)

This was second time to have oil change service. This time was same bad customer service as last time. The service was done and ready to go, but the sale rep was on the phone for 30m, I had to wait 30m more. Their attitude is always rude to me. I’m not going to “Freeway Honda service “ anymore until they change their customer service. Even though Norm Reeves is way far from my home , I will go to Norm Reeves.
