My associate was wonderful and very helpful. But, Took van in to fix a fuel smell in the vehicle that began while on vacation. Got the van back and fuel smell showed back up after closing windows and leaving van over night. Because I’m from out of town I’m not able to bring van back in for readdressing issue.

The service from Roberto was good and the service from courtesy shuttle driver was was exceptional. There was lot of oil/grease stains in driver side door, would have been nice if those where cleaned before handing the vehicle back. Also noticed the wiper blades leave a trial while wiping, looks it need to be replaced, would have been nice if the technician had verified.

I had to bring back my car a second time for service which was not properly resolved the first time.
During my initial visit, my vehicle was at your establishment from 8:30 am until 3 pm for a simple brake inspection, and I was repeatedly told the diagnosis should be resolved in a few short hours. Finally, when your associates realized the diagnosis would not be addressed by the end of the day, I was given a rental vehicle which required me to return back to your establishment the next business day.
When I returned the rental and was advised my car was “fixed”, I was finally feeling relieved. Unfortunately, this was short lived as the brake issue re-occurred less than two weeks after picking up my vehicle from your company.
I had to wait an additional two weeks until the same service advisor, Eric and the same technician would be available on a Saturday.
Hoping to finally resolve the issue, I scheduled the first available Saturday Eric was working and explained to him that although the problem seemed to have been resolved when I picked up my vehicle, the same problem had unfortunately re-occurred and I would be bringing back the vehicle so the issue could be corrected.
Eric agreed and set my appointment for Saturday, August 10th. I knew your establishment opened at 7:30 am, therefore, I was there at 7 am prior to opening. My vehicle was the third vehicle in line scheduled for service.
After dropping off the vehicle before opening, I finally received a call from Eric at 3 pm explaining that it would cost over $700 to fix the rear brakes! This is absolutely ridiculous! What made the issue further exacerbated was that it took over 7 hours for this diagnosis to finally be given. This absolutely unprofessional and truly reflects poorly of your establishment’s level of efficiency and customer service.
Lastly, Eric refused to acknowledge that issue was not initially resolved because at the time of pick up, it appeared to have stopped, but simply returned in less than two weeks. His constant reiteration of, “Well, you agreed it was fixed at the time of pick up, so we did our job”, and his blatant refusal to admit that the issue was not properly handled was the final evidence presented that Freeway Honda lacks credibility, integrity, and professionalism as an establishment.
My family and I have been loyal Honda customers for several years, but after treatment for your establishment, I can assure you, we will never buy any vehicles from Freeway Honda, and we will be sure to advise all of our relatives and business colleagues to refrain from doing any business with your company. Unfortunately, You’ve lost a substantial amount of car buyers for life.
