I took my car to get a full service last Friday. The air/pressure sensor was on. I told the guy in front I wanted his people pay extra attention to that issue. He looked like he was in another universe. Didn’t pay attention what I was saying. Usually at the end of each service, one of the guys that is in the counter gives me a brief explanation about the condition of the car, but this time Jose Cabrera just sent me straight to make the payment. After I got out of the dealer the light of the sensor turned on once more time. I scheduled an appointment for today Monday and they found out that there was a huge wire stuck in my tire and if I wanted to fix it there, probably they were going to charge me little over 30 dollars. I paid over 200 dollars for the full service and they couldn’t even do well their job. They couldn’t even tell me that my tire had a stuck wire. So disappointed, Freeway Honda in Santa Ana!!! Unfortunately this is the closest dealer to my house, otherwise I could take it to the dealer in Cerritos. Be thankful with God that nothing happened to me when I drove back home with that issue in my car. “Thanks” for taking car of your clients.

This has been by far the worst customer service ever received. Jeffrey and John Byers were more concerned about who had worked on the vehicle before than fixing the problem. I felt as if they were looking for ways to make money rather than use the warranty of the vehicle. Its service departments like this that give dealerships a bad reputation. This was the second vehicle purchased at Freeway Honda, needless to say it will be the last.

Jeff was helpful and responsive to my questions, and the car was ready when he said it would be. I did not realize that the cut off for pick up was 3:00 pm and he was nice enough to send me an Uber. That is great customer service. I was sad that Brando Allegro left but so far, Jeff has filled his shoes nicely.
