I brought in my car for an oil change, tire rotation and recall update. I also stated the car has been lagging when I accelerate. I mentioned it on the phone when I made an appt, to the guy who greeted me at service, and also to the service advisor Hector. That’s 3 times repeating the same thing. I come to pick up my car and find out nothing was even noted. Great service guys! Now I have to bring the car back again. It’s not easy having to drop off the car with my super busy schedule with 3 kids.
