My 2019 Honda Insight has only 5000 miles on it. It went absolutely haywire last week became un-driveable. While it was parked in my driveway during dinner. It was towed into Honda of Santa and and they suggested it might need an new battery. After 24 hours I was told the wiring had been chewed thru by a mouse and it would cost $600 to repair and there warranty did not cover it at all!! It’s absurd! it’s wrong! If you’re not going to cover a warranty you should say so up front! Then I could take my business elsewhere. If you’d told me there was a class-action lawsuit against Honda for this exact problem. I’d could have taken my business elsewhere. If you’d told me you were making wire insulation from a soy product that attracts rodents, I’d have gone somewhere else with my business. I don’t know if you’re getting this, but I’m incredibly angry! I’m seething with anger! This car is barely over 6 months old!!! I’d like total reimbursement for the cost of the repairs.

You did not completely repair the damage you did to my vehicle. There is still a large cut in the glass of my side window and you did not bother to replace the window. Instead you put tint over it so now I cannot remove the blemish.
