The starter on my car stopped working. Auto club staffer tapped by car to start it at 6:30 PM on Wednesday evening. I drove right over to freeway honda service dept. Jamie was still at the service desk. Checked my car in for Brando to review next day. Brando called me in the sm to confirm problem was the starter. Part was in place quoted me the price and my car was ready for me at 5pm Thursday. As a single female, the support and Wii gness to ho the extra mile to assist me both at closing time./expediting the work so I had my car within s dsy is why I service my vehicle at your location.

Excellent service from Hector Gonzalez, very professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly very respectful. All staff is very friendly, I love that the waiting area has been updated with new seating. All that is needed now is a charging station for cell phones, tablets and laptops.
