I made the appointment by phone call on Feb 17 2025 for 915am for and oil change. I arrived 10 mins early and that’s was a long line so I figure it’s Monday and it’s President day so I was okay that’s fine… I believe a porter came over to ask for what I came in for say an oil change, he said let me get your name and phone so I provided that. He then left as I was watching him I noticed he was smoking a vape form he’s pocket and got into another customer vehicle. A couple minute later a service advisor came over to me and ask what I came to do. II explained to him for a maintence oil change and I mention to him that the front sensors sometimes goes off even when there’s nothing near or in front of it and ask him to check it out. I ask how long it would take cuz I noticed the long line of vehicles ahead of me and he it shouldn’t take to long cuz it’s only an oil change an hour and a half the most and he will text me.. oh also I ask him for a courtesy wash because my car a dirty he said no problem. Now fast foward 2 hours and 20 mins later a got the text about if I wanted to change the air and cabin filter but u didn’t know if my car was ready so I walked to the service area to see if my car was ready and he said oh yeah.. no step by step communication saying your vehicle was ready.. so as I was waiting to pick my vehicle a porter came ask me if I was waiting to pick my vehicle I said yes a 2024 white odyssey so he went to get it. When arrived car is still dirty and the front door driver handle was dirty and hand oil all over it and as I got into the car it was hot and smell of oil. I didn’t bother asking them what’s going on as I was in a hurry since I’ve been there for too long and everyone as too busy to assist me.. I will probably will never come back and we not recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends for service or even sales…

I arrived at Norm Reeves, and the attendant assigned a yellow tag to my car, but after that, I didn’t receive any further instructions. I waited in the customer lounge for a long time, but since no one contacted me, I went to the customer office to inquire. Arbenz Anton told me that a check-in was required for the vehicle inspection. After that, the inspection took 1 hour and 30 minutes. My appointment was at 1:45 PM, but I didn’t get my car back until 5 PM. The whole process took far too long, and there were no notifications, making the wait extremely frustrating.
