The work was done timely. Much better wait time than in the past. I stopped servicing my car at your dealership because the wait was rediculous. Glad things have improvedas RSM Honda was a little far away.

I had questions that the technicians weren’t able to answer, but they said they would investigate and get back to me. They ultimately did not answer my questions or provide accurate information. I also did not appreciate the lack of options - $400 for a car battery is frustratingly high, especially since it included a warranty I did not need. Lastly, in recent visits my car has been washed as part of the service, and it was not washed this time. Ultimately, I was not satisfied with the service provided.
