Mayo Morales was a bit serious and a bit monotone. I feel like he needs to “lighten up” a bit and be more relaxed. I drop off my my car due recall of work gearbox yet the technician who did the repair missed a lose electrical wire and my car had to stay overnight to fix it!

The Spanish guy who help me pull in for my appointment had a serious good attitude and right after he brought me Jacob and Jacob had a serious good customer service attitude as well. I appreciate the multipoint inspection and the feedback pictures to assure that I will need more service, at the moment it didn’t have the extra time. Service was great overall. I was in and out and didn’t even know I got a car wash so that was a plus for me.
