Nathaniel was great. Once I was at his desk, he was quick to get me in and out quickly. The quality of the work and friendliness of the staff was great. But there were a few small things not related to his service.
He offered me to wash the car while it was in service and I said yet. But then the car was not washed when I picked it up. I saw that other cars were washed and dripping water when picked up, so I don’t know why mine was missed.
The seat was moved up very far, so it was hard for me to get in the car.
When they dropped off the car back to me, it was shifted into reverse with the parking brake on. This seems unsafe.

My service on my car I was satisfied with. As always. Thank you. But I’m a little disappointed in the fact I asked for my car to be washed (I’m offered that option whenever I have an appointment), and the one time I wasn’t offered a washI requested it and when I got my car back it was still dirty. I also noticed this time plastic covers were not placed on my seat nor were there paper protectors placed on my floormat Listen, I know it’s a bit trivial but I’d like to think you don’t only offer this kind of service to people who JUST purchased their cars from you. I bought my car 9 months ago - so that may be the reason. 9 days, 9 months, 9 years, there should be some form of consistency with that level of customer service.
