I have moved further away from Norm Reeves Honda, although we keep coming back for service here due to Kevin's exceptional service. My family and I all own Hondas and we all have had our service done and overseen by Kevin for years. There are several dealerships near me however Kevin's service and expertise keeps my family and I returning to Norm Reeves.

One of the service item I asked is to change oil and oil filter because the oil level indicator shows 20. After the service, I drive the car back home, the oil level is still 20! Does it mean they take my money and forgot to do the work?
