When I brought my car in my AC was working fine. They ran a diagnostic and all systems came back perfect. When I drove the car on Saturday, the AC wouldn’t cool the cat down.

We were very upset that there was no one who would attend to our issue with our fuel cell vehicle; Kevin was out because it is Monday and my husband called multiple times and multiple people, getting increasingly frustrated that no one would take responsibility to service the car. Finally, after multiple calls to multiple departments, he reached a Service manager who was willing to call him back and talk to him and set up service that addressed the problem.
This”hot potato” should not have happened. As a customer with a car that can be taken no where else, there should always be someone who can respond promptly and take responsibility to find service.
