I was expecting a call back from Mitch Akers on 6/2 re: my Insight which has 17,000 miles on it and apparently was diagnosed with 1 bad rotor. . .
Mitch and another service rep agreed that the wear for a new car is unusual. Mitch said he would talk to the supervisor and call me by noon on 6/2. I haven't heard from him. I called the number he left in the voicemail and it is "unavailable" (bad number)? Mitch told me he would talk to the supervisor about the rotor and I wouldn't have to pay for a replacement. I drive less than 15 miles a day in that car and it was garaged for 8 months during Covid. . .but the rotor is shot?? This is my FIRST Honda purchase. . .so far, I'm disappointed in the service, and quality of parts on the car. I shouldn't be paying for a new rotor this soon.
