My service advisor Dominick was terrific, very knowledgeable and communicated often. My disappointment is with the dealership - my repair bill was $2,700 and I thought it would have been a nice touch to wash the car. That’s a courtesy I’ve had at other Honda dealerships. It’s such a small thing for you but conveys an “I care” attitude to the customer.

I only wish the service department of Honda had a priority service schedule for those of us that provide community services.
I do driving for Lyft and need service rather quickly. Unfortunately whenever I contacted Honda to schedule service I was given a timing into future that did not work with me.
Honda offers extended warranty. Why not a priority service ?

Ryan never ordered me a lyft or uber so I waited there for 30 minutes. When I wanted to know if I can pick up at a later time he was very unresponsive I called around 10 times that day asking for him. I even left a voicemail and text messages. I had a very bad experience. Seriously wtf
