Mark is very nice and tried to be helpful but it took awhile for us to process and diagnose the situation with my A/C. Mark was also very accommodating but the paperwork and could have been done over the phone or online either before service and after as well. The company Covid policy is not very good. Having people sign forms and yet no clean pens or hand sanitizer on the counter in these times is a little unsettling. Process could use update for efficiency and safety for all, especially during peak time.
