The service advisor was excellent. Very informative and helpful and on top of it! However the manager when I went the first time was horrible I felt like I was being talked at and not helped and like my concerns were not important. I was also upset that this is the second Honda I purchase used and the battery goes out just after the warranty which is me having it for just 3-4 months and the battery dies. I wish to be reimbursed. Thank you.

Wasn't happy with your time management. I was told that if I made a 7:15am appointment that I could get my tire switched out and get an alignment by 9am. Only to get there and be told that my car wouldn't be finished until around lunch time if I opted for the alignment. Needless to say, I only got my time changed and made an appointment elsewhere for an alignment.

It's not necessarily Mitch's fault. We brought the car in because the air conditioning wasn't working. The technician said the A/C condenser was leaking and it needed to be replace at a cost of over $1,400. I have a huge problem with that. First, the car is less than 3 years old & yes it is out of warranty. However, the car is in showroom condition. It is driven to & from Torrance during the week. It is garaged and not touched on the weekends. All scheduled maintenance has been done by Norm Reeves. We haven't even
had to do the brakes and yet the A/C condenser starts leaking? This is our fourth Honda since 2006. We keep coming back to Honda because of their reliability. When I spoke to Mitch, he said he was doing everything he could but when I asked him what he's done he basically had no answers for me. I told him I was done and I wasn't going to approve a $1,400 repair. It is not normal for an A/C condenser to start leaking in less than 3 years. We still have our 2012 Pilot with 186,000 miles on it and it still has the original condenser. We also have a 1998 Chevy truck that stills has the original condenser. After doing some research I've discovered that we're not the only Clarity/Civic owners with A/C failure. This is a Honda problem, not an owner issue. I would expect more help from the dealer.
