Went to tire shop and was informed the left tire had a bubble as well and that was repaired and serviced before and was only informed about a nail on right not anything on left and no car wash and informed that the water squirt not functioning which should have been noticed when I still had the 35k warranty protection and wasn’t tested at that time

Last year fall my AC went out on my Honda Civic.
I only had 6000 miles on the car and was surprised to hear the problems. Mark the representative told us the part is on order and they will call me as soon as the part comes in.
Mark never contacted me once. I left several messages on his phone,but no reply. There was no follow up . I was being completely ignored and came in finally to find out myself what happened?
The part was in of course & you took care of it immediately. After 6 months of waiting. I do not call that good customer service and I cannot recommend you at this time to my friends.
