My appointment was for 9:15 AM and I arrived early, before 8 AM. This call was for basic service, oil change and tire rotation plus check engine diagnostic. The results weren't available until nearly 11 AM. I noticed six or more customers arrive and have service completed while I was waiting. After receiving results and making decision on how to proceed with repairs it took an additional 20 minutes or longer to complete work. After paying my bill, I went outside to get my car. The wrong vehicle was brought up and I had to wait 15 minutes to get mine. Very slow service on this visit. I am normally quite satisfied with service at NRH.
