I came there about 3 months ago for service A01, the day after service my A/C was dead, I did not come there during these 3 months because I did not drive to my office, but today I decided to come, they told me they charge me about 3000 bucks for A/C while I am sure the labors damaged my vehicle at previous service, anyway , I paid 80$ for nothing today and I am going to write a bad google review and sell my car, I’ll never buy Honda and never trust this dealership

Poor communication. Nice guy, but said he was too busy to return my 2 voicemail messages inquiring about the status of my car. Not good. I left a message for the service manager too when I couldn’t get in touch with Mr. Anton. The service manager never returned my call either. To be honest, that’s just a lousy way to treat a customer who is getting more than $700 worth of work on their car. Poor customer service. Toyota’s service is far better!
