I had three free services agreed to when I leased my Clarity. It was not noted in the computer. After an uncomfortable few minutes the service agent agreed to not charge me but requested if I had paperwork I should forward it, which I did when I got home. While it trust there were Computer codes that showed there was a need to replace two of the parts, which included two small filters, I was a bit shocked. One reason for leasing that vehicle was that it was fairly free of maintenance. I did pay the bill for $120 but considering with Covid I probably haven’t driven more than 3000 miles since my last service it really appeared to me that the tech was almost trying to come up with something that was chargeable. This definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth. Since I am in the third year of my lease I likely won’t need any more service. Again, not a big deal, but just a bitter taste you should know about.
