Matthew Garrett and Norm Reeves Irvine staff has been a pleasure to work with. This is my third time here for service work and I plan on coming back. The staff here has all been friendly and willing to help. The lady on the phone (I think her name is Eva?) has gone beyond to help me schedule multiple appointments now too. Matthew has made it really easy to get service done on my vehicle especially during a pandemic. Overall, this is great dealership experience.

Over the phone with Honda center, they told me a price of B1+ service, including promo discount. They did a great job and customer service.
I arrived at the dealership service, and the expert said the “call center” gave me the wrong information. I asked to double-check if there were any coupons and no intentions to assist me.
I brought up over the phone the special offer on your website.
My point here, I Don't need to do your job and treat customers better.

I made an appointment for 1pm to have an oil change. Wait is always expected but I checked out after 3 pm. Way too long for a service with a set appt.
