Matthew was not at knowledgeable as other service advisors I’ve had in the past. When he called me he told me my transmission fluid needed to be changed- when I asked him for an estimate he explained that 3 cylinders would actually need to be replaced (because they all 3 need to be changed at once) at the cost of $350. When he called me to tell me my car was ready for pick up he informed me that my vehicle only had the 1 cylinder to replace (not the 3 as he thought because my car model had a stick shifter), he had made a mistake and it was actually only $120. While I was happy the cost was much less than he quoted me- it doesn’t seem as though he is very knowledgable or accurate with his quotes. I wish he would have put me on hold to ask for help figuring out a accurate quote, instead of guessing/ providing an inaccurate quote. We love this service center and of course will return.

The problem is not resolved. My Honda Civic AC stopped working early summer and was fixed by your service department (I was billed $1700) then two month later it stopped working again. This time the part was backordered and took your service department three month to fix the car. I picked up the car last week and less than a week the AC is not working again. This is so frustrating and is costing me lots of time and money. This is beyond dissatisfaction with your service.
