I was satisfied with Matthew Garrett's demeanor. What I disliked was the dealership's attempt to squeeze money out of me by suggesting I add on to the oil change. When I first bought the car, Leo told me my first service was free. When I brought the car in, it turned into add on a wheel rotation and add on a points check and lube. What was free became $60. This is why people don't trust dealerships. I will be taking my Honda to my own mechanic for all future services

I was so disappointed after what could have been a very very serious car accident as my Honda shut down completely in me while driving 65-MPH
On the freeway, having it serviced and paying close to $1,000 all with exceptional customer service on Dominica part for it to happen again just 9
Days later and again couldn’t get a urgent appointment in again. A faulty alternator was out in with no explanation bummed me out. How does that happen, isn’t an alternator something that can be checked by a price of equipment to tear the power? What would have happened if I was in a serious accident 9-10 later because of this that’s the stuff I wish Honda would have communicated with me as your customer! Happy Honda Days!

Very nice people working at Honda, although when I was scheduling my appointment a women told me 75$ for tire rotation and oil change together, when I went to pay, it came out to 120$ ?? So kinda strange and left me a little upset.
