Recently started coming to Norm Reeves after a couple years at another dealer that was more convenient. I have to say the attitude and level of service provided at Norm Reeves Irvine is another league compared to my previous service department. Everyone is so friendly, responsive, and helpful. This is our 5th Honda (6th Honda family car; 1 Acura) and so far, NR Irvine is ranking #1 in my book. Full disclosure, I haven't had any major service or repairs here, so we will need to wait and see....
