Matt was the nicest. I witnessed a different employee interact with another customer and was displaying rude behavior, matt was the total opposite. He was kind and was making sure my service was perfect. he was professional abs now i will only have him service my car.

Very satisfied with Matthew. However I was not satisfied to learn that the dealer has permanently discontinued the complimentary car wash. This may seem like a small item to the dealer, but it was a big motivator for me to continue using Norm Reeves Honda for service, long after purchasing my Honda there. Without the car wash motivator, I may consider getting my car serviced closer to home.
