I made a written request on my scheduled appointment online to have the front passenger window seal checked. One of the staff even called my voicemail needing additional information about my inquiry. I responded via email explaining my request. Only to be told when I asked about it after they finished my scheduled maintenance oil change, “oh, that’ll take another 1-1.5 hours for the tech. We’re pretty busy today.” This isn’t the first time during routine maintenance have my requests been addressed, it’s the 3rd time! When reviewing my receipt, I noticed it was not even written on customer concerns. Extremely disappointed, especially in light of a pandemic, needing competence in servicing your customers who purchased their vehicles from NR.
