I noticed there was an additional service performed on my van without my consent. They performed a 4 wheel alignment at a cost of $79.95. This was labeled a recommendation. It seems Tyler Honda decided this was needed without my consent. This comes across as deceitful. When the service department told me what was wrong with my van, misalignment of my wheels was not discussed as a problem. I would like a call back explaining why Tyler made the judgment call for a wheel alignment without my consent.

Rachel was great, very pleasant to work with, great at keeping us updated on progress of work, however when we picked car up there was still a door alarm issue which we had to take back to the service department before we left the lot. We are now waiting for another part and will have to come back for another service call.
