All the staff were pleasant and professional, and I appreciated the service To my vehicle and the price was fair. Not all the staff wore masks, even though almost all the customers did. I thought it was an executive Order for all people in businesses to were masks now. I was surprised and disappointed about this issue. I may not return because of it.

we are considered an open environment and not required to wear masks unless talking directly to customers in which case we all follow the order. also we have desk shields at every desk.

I really trust Tyler Honda with my CRV. Because you’re the only ones to ever work on my vehicle. However, I got 3 different quotes on my service. I called in person to confirm a quote I got 2 months ago. Then followed up again to have the quote in writing. Then when I got the call it was almost $100 difference. As a female, I hope to not be taken advantage of.
