I am so disappointed in the service department at Tyler Honda. I'm sorry to see it go in the direction that it has. Our vehicles are a major expense, both purchase and maintenance/service. I don't care to discuss this with Jesse or Rachel. I will discuss it with the dealership manager. Due to the service situation, unfortunately, I don't think we will purchase our next Honda from Tyler.

Rachel and the other staff is alway wonderful to work with. My repair was great only thing that disappointed me was there was grease on the outside of my door. The door handle, my steering wheel, the center console. I had it all over me just by getting in the car. This has never happened before so I’m assuming a off day but was disappointing.

I love working with Rachel she is a calming confident individual. It can be very frustrating when your vehicle is demanding attention especially when we rely on them all day every day. Rachel will look at you with her cute little smile and it's like she is saying you got this we are here to do our best for you without even saying it. In the past I have had issues with service stating we will call you when your vehicle is ready and never get the call. Rachel is on it she never disappoints. She has been a great addition to the Tyler Family!
