Rachel has gone above and beyond to fix a car problem I was having and that was not her fault and I had been given incorrect information by an employee who no longer works for Tyler. When another employee made a mistake and scheduled my oil change on the wrong day she made sure to still get me in right away since I had made arrangements to be late to work and had two kids with me waiting. I very much appreciate her!

Tyler Honda is great, and Rachel Wheeler was an excellent instructor -the 2015 CR-V manual is badly deficient in wiper-blade replacement, and Rachel did a perfect (and understandable!!) lesson on the subject, and I added notes of same to the manual.
