Cadillac is still unable to resolve the ongoing transmission issue. Every time we bring it in, the techs say that they are unable to duplicate the issue yet it is a known issue for the year of my Escalade to have this jerking issue. We even just received a letter in the mail from Cadillac regarding the issue.
In addition, I received my car back dirty. There is oil all along the Inside drivers side door and along the foot area. Not very considerate to return my car back so dirty.
