My vehicle was returned to me with a "huge" grease stain on the drivers side carpet that took me hours to clean up. In addition, after spending $1,400 on repairs, the dealership failed to wash the exterior of my car as is customary. After voicing my displeasure, the dealership offered to detail my car for free. An appointment is scheduled next week. Verdict still out.

I have never felt so ripped off by a car company since I was like 18. And I’m 50 something now so that says a lot. $188 to perform a .01 adjustment to my driver side wheel is excessive and then when I talk to the manager and he says the cost is to hook it up to your machine well I’m not impressed because I know what machine you guys use there and how it works and all you had to do is park it in front of it

I asked for an oil change only! I was not told anything else would be done. After getting home I found my front right chrome lug nut cover was missing. I then determined after reviewing my receipt that the tires were rotated. I was not asked if i wanted this service. My tires were rotated two weeks ago and this was not needed. My car was also not washed as I have been used to, but maybe that has been discontinued. I expect the tire guy didn’t replace my lug cap properly and I expect a replacement or maybe it’s sitting on someone’s bench in the garage . Call me to get this rectified. Kim. ****-****-xxxx

Bought a Brand New 2020 Yukon and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Brought it in and said the car is so new that the parts to fix it aren’t in stock and will have to wait weeks to months for new part.
