This visit, like the last one, was a disaster. The problem we came in for it was not fixed. We were rushed into a dirty loaner car. When our vehicle was returned to us it was dirty, had scuff marks, torn leather and the main issue was not addressed at all. Communication with this dealership and individual has gone downhill in a big way.

Jay was great. The rest of the service was not as great. First off... I booked an appt through your system for 10:30 and when I showed up early at 10:15 you had no record of my booking. I had booked it four days prior. I had an email and showed it to the guy I gave my keys to after he said I was not booked for an appt oil change but they “would take care of me.” I was directed to wait for a bit while the simple oil change and car wash occurred. I struck up conversation with another guy who was a drop in oil change. He arrived 30 mins after me and was done before me. Ok. Jay let me know my car was almost done. Just about 10 mins later Jay lets me know my car was ready. (about noon) I pay and make my way to my car. It was so dirty inside. I asked Jay for paper towels to wipe up the dirty water on my console and a little on my seat. He was diligent and apologetic about the mess. I get home and realize the there is a huge dirty wet spot on the floor in the back. How does that happen? needless to say... I may find another place to do my oil changes from now on. It is not a complicated procedure. I had to wait quite a long time with a four month old baby and I just had to clean more up when I got home. I don’t have time for that.
