Normally everything is great, I have never had a problem.
Today, however was not one if those times... I made my reservation over the Cadillac app 3 days prior to today's appointment. My appointment was at 730a, but the lot didn't open until 730a which put me behind schedule as I was still heading into work. In my reservation I requested a loaner as I had a few meetings to attend to today, I was told that there was no loaner and next time to make my reservation at least 3 days in advance so I could secure a loaner, I mentioned that I did make it 3 days in advance and was then told that I should call next time because the app reservation portal doesn't work correctly and that I would need to wait for the car to be finished.
This caused me to arrive to work by 1030a and because of this I missed my 9am and 10am meetings.
Reasons I bought a Cadillac are that it's a great brand, it luxurious and I wanted the overall experience...today the experience was not there, very disappointing!
