I drove up from Eastlake because of the terrible customer service MKB Cadillac consistently gives. Carlsbad Cadillac will be the only Cadillac dealer I’ll go to.

Advisor kept mixing up when a service needed to be done. One minute it was after 55,000 miles, then it was after 75,000 miles. Which is it?
Won’t be back.
Also, my vehicle was 500 miles over my free oil change requirement and the fool wouldn’t even just give me the free oil change lol. Was it worth it in the end, Dan?
