I understand that he is new to the location but he was spot on and informed us on the progress step by step. His Korean was fluent as well

1st I walked in, the service dept took about 10minutes to help me. While sitting there waiting all I could hear was about personal stuff, nothing that had to do with work. Than Jae helped me, but when I asked about my Hyundai Cash program, he didn't seem to care to help me out! Very disappointed with the service. I've always take my care in when service is needed. Now I'm thinking of taking to another Hyundai dealer that is not definitely La Puente Hyundai Dealer! Worst service I've ever had after going since 2015!
