Javier was amazing. He made me feel like it was super important that I left satisfied. From beginning to end the experience was really perfect. The intake was perfect. The guy outside opened my door. Javier advised it would only be a minute till he could get to me. It was only one minute. He asked about my concerns, advised me of service deals, gave me a time estimate to complete the work and checked in with me twice to advise how things were going. I was comfortably seated and offered courtesy rides. My care was retuned squeaky clean. I am a bit far away but I will return for my service needs. I felt I could trust Javier.

Terrible experience. Techs said they could not hear/fix the grinding noise coming from my brakes that could be heard both before and after I dropped it off. I was not notified when the car was ready. I called my service tech twice, but his voicemail would not accept messages. I find out later that he was out sick and nobody else was handling his paperwork. I paid to have the car detailed, but By the time I found out it was ready to be picked up, the car was already dirty, with fresh bird **** on the window, from sitting on your lot. I had paid over the phone and it was an after hours pickup, so the service manager was already gone for the night. I told one of the sales people of the issues and he came out and took photos and promised to follow up with me and the service manager the following morning when he got in at nine. I have yet to receive a call.

I was there for the oil change and tire rotation. Steven was a performer for my car that day and Jae Lee was an adviser. I got home and checked the tires, it did not look someone even touch lt. I got a light accident before, hence on the passenger side front wheel, there are some scratches noticeably. But the thing is, that tire is remaining there as same as before. If Steven did the work, then this tire should be in somewhere, left or in the back.How can I get convinced Steven performed rotating the tires? Because of this, I have called Jae 3 times to call me back that day, but he did not call me back. Now I am suspicious whether Steven even did oil change. When I asked to talk to a manager, Kelly stated he is on vacation and come back on 11/04. I need help!!!! Please let someone investigate on this and resolve it.

Compare to car wash by Lexus and Mercedes dealerships, l was disappointed to see that tires and the front grill were not cleaned.
