Ms. Jana is very customer friendly and knowledgeable professional. She explained to me the problem with car part backorder which has lasted since November and contacted the Parts Department. Also she kept me updated on work progress of my car. Planning to ask for her help and assistance during future visits.

Jana is just the right mix of friendly and efficient. When I walked up, it was clearly a busy time at the service desk and she had a number of things she was handling- but she stopped and helped me as soon as I came in. Her speed and multitasking while still engaging in a friendly conversation was impressive. I had been going to another place for my maintenance, but after this last experience I’m back to going to Honda for all future maintenance.

Everything was good. The only thing? I got confused because my key looks kind of weird? Is cause the person that worked on my car, forgot to put my fob key back in and I couldn’t find it nowhere and I was going to go back to the dealer place, but then I found it. It was left on the armrest of the door. Not a very good idea to have done that. But happy with the service ,
